  1. Any order that you place with MizDen is subject to product availability, delivery capacity and acceptance by us and the participating restaurant and the local stores as well. When you place your order online, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. You must inform immediately if any details are incorrect. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will check availability and delivery capacity.
  2. If your orders are not available or if there is no delivery capacity, we will also let you know by email, text message or phone call.
  3. When ordering you will be required to provide an email address and password. You must ensure that you keep the combination of these details secure and do not provide this information to a third party.


  1. You must fill in the address details properly. For instance, house number, street name, landmark, locality, etc for efficient and speedy delivery.
  2. All risks in the food delivery shall pass to you upon delivery.
  3. If our delivery executive fails to deliver due to unresponsiveness from the customer side, MizDen shall not be liable for such instances.
  4. The delivery duration will not be the same depending upon the type of products and stores you order.
  5. All orders preparation and deliveries are the combined responsibility of MizDen and respective vendors/stores accepting the order.

Please be aware that MizDen and participating vendors/stores will do everything we can to meet the delivery time you specified, however, delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.


Refund & Cancellation:

1. Modification of orders:

All sales are final particularly with restaurants because each restaurant meal is individually prepared for you when you place an order, orders cannot be modified, altered or change in any way once they are placed and confirmed. Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order is placed, as such, we cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed.


 2. Cancellation Policy:

You must notify MizDen immediately ie, within 5 minutes if you decide to cancel your order with a restaurant preferably by phone, and quote your order id. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, no cancellation fee applies. If the restaurant refuses cancellation, e.g, because preparation of food delivery has been completed and/or food delivery personnel has already been dispatched, it may not be cancelled. We will not be able to refund any order, which has been already despatched.


Advance orders are also subject to this cancellation policy. Advanced orders may be cancelled prior to the scheduled delivery time at our discretion. Please contact us to find out if your order is eligible for cancellation or modifications.


In rare circumstances where a restaurant/store cannot fulfill your order, or the product is not available for any reason, we may cancel the order. In such scenario, we will notify you and return any payment you have made.
